I can confirm we will miss the target date of January 1 for implementation with our CAFTA partners.

It has nothing to do with flawed policy.

If we backed out after Thursday, it would have cost us $100 per seat. But luckily, we didn't have that problem.

We will do it on a rolling basis, as countries make changes in law and regulation necessary to meet the CAFTA commitments.

I think the long bus ride was a bit of a hardship last year. The trip out there included a snow storm and a rough drive through the mountains. By flying, the team will have a couple of days to practice, relax and get ready.

I can't disclose the name of the company yet, but if all goes to plan it hopes to be up and running by the end of March. We have identified a site fairly close to the fish docks.
